Very disappointing service. I placed my order on January 20th and had to follow up multiple times just to get an update. Only after repeated follow-ups did they begin looking into my order, and I was repeatedly asked to provide my order details, address, and other information.

Each time I called the number listed on the website, a different person answered, and the responses were very casual and unprofessional. After several attempts, the order was finally shipped — but they sent the wrong item.

I genuinely don’t understand how a business can operate like this with such carelessness toward order processing and delivery. I was in urgent need of this product, and after waiting 40 days, receiving the wrong item is extremely frustrating.

I remained patient because I liked the product and continued following up consistently, even after previewing the item multiple times. Despite all that, they still sent the wrong product. This clearly reflects a lack of attention to customer needs.

Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience.
